A little bit about myself. I live near the small community of Strathmerton in the state of Victoria, Australia. I would regard myself as a very keen advanced amateur photographer. I have a great love for the black and white medium especially the infrared films. Like many these days I have forsaken the conventional darkroom for digital printing. I still use conventional films to record the image which is then scanned into Photoshop for any adjustments which may be required. The final printing is carried out on an Epson Artisan 1430 which has been converted to run on variable tones of black archival inks.
My subject matter is variable and I do not tend to specialise in any one area, but if asked, my favorite type of shots would have to be of the female body. I have no real deep and meaningful reason why this is so except to say that I find the human body beautiful.
My photographic goal would be to have my work published or put on public exhibition. I don’t profess to be a great photographer and consider myself to be an amateur in the truest sense of the word; as one who loves what they do. Anyway, thanks for having a look at my site and please feel free to add comments to my guestbook or email me .

You don’t make a photograph just with a camera. You bring to the act of photography all the pictures you have seen, the books you have read, the music you have heard, the people you have loved.
